Return Policy

COLEBANK LLC Design’s are one of a kind creations.

 

We let you stand out in a crowd with our unique designs. Every Colebank Design takes a minimum of 40hours of unique craftsmanship. 

* An article of Clothing, Hats, or Accessories might have same artwork or design as another, but it will still have differences that will be unique to each separate piece that we create .

* The item you select will be exactly what you will receive.

We will only exchange items for different sizes.

Returns for refunds are not possible.

However, exchanges are possible for the same item in different size, if there is a sizing issue. Our policy lasts 7 days, If 7 days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

These are Unique handmade and custom items and there May be small sewing or size differences, possible small defect in print, stitching, and  or other various small details. Also print placement will be different from one design and or garment to the next.  This is intentional. This is part of our custom and unique charm. Each item is made a little different. Colors, styles, stitching, button fabric etc. may vary.

Exchange Eligibility:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with its tags attached and it must be unworn, unwashed, and unstained.

Several types of good are exempt from being exchanged, including replacement products, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-exchangeable items:

  • Gift Cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt of proof of purchase.

Exchanged Items:

To return your product for an exchange, you should first book it by contacting customer support to arrange the return item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you for the approval or rejection of your request.

If you are approved, then your request will be processed, and you can request a replacement (same item, different size only). If available and currently in stock, you can request a different size.

Sale Items:

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchange Conditions:

We only replace items if they are not the correct fit for you. Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days and may only be used towards an exchange for the same product in a different size (if currently available and in stock).

Shipping:

To return your product for an exchange, you should first book it by contacting customer support to arrange the return.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE  for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A registered and trackable shipping method must be used for returned items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
